This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of the domain name www.adpayon.com ('Platform').

The Platform is owned by Adpayon, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at New Sabji Mandi, Udaipurwati, Jhunjhunu (hereinafter referred to as 'Platform Owner', 'we', 'us', 'our').

ℹ️ Binding Agreement: By mere use of the Platform, you are contracting with the Platform Owner and these Terms of Use including policies constitute your binding obligations. These Terms can be modified at any time.

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty as to the accuracy or suitability of the information offered for any specific purpose.

Compliance: Comply with all applicable Indian laws related to digital advertising and marketing.
Security: Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for all account activities.
Prohibited Activities: No click fraud, bot traffic, or misleading advertising practices.

🛡️ Indemnification

You shall indemnify Adpayon against claims arising from your breach of terms, violation of laws, or infringement of third-party rights.

⚡ Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, war, pandemics, or internet outages beyond our control.
