Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 5 days of placing the order. Requests after this window will not be entertained.
🚚 Shipped Orders
If the order is already out for delivery or shipped by the merchant, cancellation may not be possible. You can reject the product at the doorstep.
🌸 Perishable Items
Cancellation is not accepted for flowers or eatables. However, a refund is possible if the quality is found to be below standard.

Report issues within 5 days. The refund is processed after the merchant verifies the defect at their end.
